Honhaar Scholarship Phase 2 Introduced Funding Educational Expenses for 30,000 Students. For the first time in history, the Honhar Scholarship Scheme has launched for the youth with a huge amount of Rs. 4 billion. Under the Honhar Scholarship Program, 30,000 scholarships will awarded annually, which will increase to 120,000 in 4 years.
