Honhaar Scholarship Phase 2 Introduced Funding Educational Expenses for 30,000 Students. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif will distribute checks in the second phase of the largest scholarship program in the history of Pakistan. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif will attend the Honhar Scholarship ceremony at the renowned educational institution of Islamabad, FAST National University of Computer and Engineering Science, Islamabad. Under the Chief Minister Honhar Scholarship Program, the educational expenses of 30,000 students will paid in the form of scholarships. Students of 65 universities, 12 medical and dental colleges, and 359 colleges of Punjab are receiving the Chief Minister Honhar Scholarship. 

Students of 68 subjects/disciplines will be able to meet their educational expenses in the form of scholarships under the Honhar Scholarship. For the first time in history, the Honhar Scholarship Scheme has launched for the youth with a huge amount of Rs. 4 billion. Under the Honhar Scholarship Program, 30,000 scholarships will awarded annually, which will increase to 120,000 in 4 years. Students who cannot meet their education expenses can join this program of the Punjab Government and receive a scholarship to continue their education.

Maryam Nawaz said that we are giving 30 thousand scholarships, and 60 percent of the scholarships are given to girls. Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship
