The purpose of which is to provide an interest-free loan of 15 lakh rupees to those families who do not have their own house or to all such families who live on rent or who cannot build their own house due to financial difficulties.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced that all such families who meet the eligibility criteria of this scheme will be given a loan of Rs 15 lakh through lottery. - The applicant should be a permanent resident of Punjab province
- The applicant should have a plot of five marla or less in urban areas
- And anywhere in Punjab should have a 10 marla plot in Dahi areas

- The applicant should not have taken loan from any financial institution or bank etc

Key Benefits of the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme
In the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme launched by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, interest-free loans of Rs 1.5 lakh will now be given to one lakh families every year. The second phase of Aani chhat apna Ghar program has started to provide loans in easy installments to build houses for the poor in Punjab. And in the first phase, the date of receiving the second installment has been announced for the eligible families.
In the first phase, 70 thousand families will be given loans of Rs. 15 lakh through this program. However, now with the new update it has been revealed that every year one lakh families will benefit from the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme. The families who will be eligible under the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme can own their house for a period of seven years by paying a monthly installment of Rs 14,000 every month. The conditions of this scheme are that the applicant should have a ten marla plot in the villages. If an applicant applies from the city, he should have a five marla plot in his name.

Required Documents for Loan Application
To register for your chhat apna ghar scheme, you need to have some necessary documents. These documents include both personal identification and land ownership papers. Without these documents, your registration cannot be completed:
- A photo of your ID card
- Identity Card Photo of Head of Household
- Domicile Certificate Photo
- Proof of monthly income
- Proof of land ownership
- Your latest photo
How to Check Your Application Status
If you have not yet checked your eligibility for the 15 lakh loan scheme. So you need to check the eligibility status. To be eligible, you must be a resident of Punjab and own 5 marla urban land or 10 marla rural land. Once you fulfill this requirement you can proceed with the registration.
After completing your registration, you will need to check your eligibility using the government’s balloting list. To do this, visit the official website of your Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme at acag.punjab.gov.pk. There you will find the List of Balloting Results button click on it.
Balloting results will be displayed by district, so select your district to view the list. The list will contain details like name, father’s name, gender, CNIC, location and plot size of selected candidates. Look for your name in the list, and if it appears, congratulations, you are eligible for a loan of 15 lakhs scheme.
